I feature a new tool I built to help you calculate a video and audio bitrate for an FLV file. This UI essentially takes the same calculations I was using in my Excel spreadsheet version (included on my new book's DVD-ROM). It's a work in progress, but I felt that I had done enough to warrant a public offering. :)
